Would give a zero if I could. Terrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They are over priced and rude not to mention thieves. If you do buy a vape make sure you test it in store so you don’t get scammed by their broken vapes. there could not be a worse place in Michigan to buy your vapes/smoking supplies.

These guys are great. There were two of them and they were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and just cool to be around. The store is set up nicely, it looks great. The two men that were in there when I went in complimented each other really well as salesmen too if that makes sense lmao. Dope place. I live in Pennsylvania but work in Rochester and from now on won’t be going anywhere else. Way better than what I have back home that’s for sure.

Amazing orange heads never had a problem with the any of the employees or owners, when you walk in automatically treated as family. The name as it is speaks for itself having more then one location so there doing right, best part right underneath there amazing skill levels in making a great orange head is there location literally 2 mins from my condo good people

Been helping these guys build their new shop at the end of the strip mall. They are super helpful and relaxed. I'm not a smoker myself but I do burn incense and have friends and relatives who do or could use CBD. I know they will take care of them. Enjoy the new shop. Cheers
