Pretty confusing to find and then the bed tenders don't seem too friendly either. I'm sorry, I don't know if I caught them on a bad day or what I just don't like being short ended. I was made to feel as if I was wasting peoples time. I'll stick to east Bremerton, much more personable. The one chick just needs to stop worrying about her looks focus more on service and helping patients. Knowledgeable employees in customer service should always be a must

Love this dispensary, it’s the only one I’ll go to in a 10 mile radius. The people here are always super friendly and helpful!!

Went in for a return because the cartridge was completely burnt tasting. Was told I could only return if it “wasn’t working and since I can hit it, I can’t return” So now I have a product I can’t use and can’t return. I will never go back.

I've been going to this place for about a year and a half and can say the service is phenomenal and the consideration is top tier. Every time I go in I feel very at home and the budtenders always have made sure to help me understand anything I have questions about. Me and my roommates consider this our favorite store and it's my go to when people ask if I know a good dispensary. Regardless of the deals the customer service seems to be of the utmost importantance to the employee's and I've never had a bad experience. 10/10 and I hope they read the good reviews and know they are doing a great job!

Friendly staff! Most of bud tenders their fairly knowledgeable, but should be a little bit more knowledgeable about all of the different products that they have. What products are good for certain physical and medical conditions. By showing you the best products how they could potentially effect you and your condition. I buy products to help with my physical ailments and pain management. I don't buy products just to get super stoned. I try to find newer products to help me with my disability and would like the possibility to have a way to ask questions or chat with some of the different product suppliers to see what product would have better results for my condition.
