They are just OK. Sometimes you go in and leave with a vape that doesn't work at all. They are not the best in new castle I would go to them when other vape shops down the street have nothing. Also all these people talking rewards I've been multiple times the guy would rather talk on phone than to you and I never am allowed receipt for purchase let alone a rewards club.
