First let me state the positive.... Amazing selection all the way around! I went in on a Friday to partake in the early discounts of 4/20. This was my first time to this dispensary in Long Beach. The security officer took my driver's license and my medical card and entered them into the system. I went to the back and a young lady, Diana, was most helpful. She rang me up, I paid by debit, gave her a nice tip. When I got into my car, I looked at the receipt and noticed the tax was higher than I usually have. This particular day I bought quite a bit so I wouldn't have to return so soon. I work for veterans in healthcare so my schedule is a little bit hectic. I went back in and explained to the security officer why I was returning. I went back and spoke to Diana, and indeed the security officer that entered my information did not do so thoroughly and I was charged recreational taxes. I was told by Diana instead of coming back on 4/20 where it was going to be absolute craziness in the store, to come back on Sunday which I did. She said she would tell her manager about it because her manager was not there on this particular day. I agreed and arrived on Sunday to be greeted with a young lady behind the desk where the security officer would normally be. I told her why I was coming back and that Diana had told me to talk to the manager regarding what happened. She looked at me and said she was the manager and there was nothing they could do about the taxes. She offered me a discount for me to shop again right then. I told her I just spent a large amount and have enough to carry me through. Had she had said we'll give you buy one get one 50% off the next time you come in, that would have been different. But to make me spend more money on the error of your employee....shame on you! I walked away and left. I wonder how many other people haven't looked at their receipts that have a medical card and have been taken advantage of. Thank you for contributing to my anxiety! Do better! *****************UPDATE***************** Yesterday I received a call from a young lady named Alissa. She apologized for the late response and throughout our entire conversation we had, she apologized. She gave me a store credit or to have the option of receiving the monies back. I chose the store credit. She also informed me they had a swag bag there for me. Also, there would be additional training for the employees so this wouldn't happen again. She is going through a list of customers to make sure all information was put into their system correctly so this won't happen to others. She gave me the names of the other managers and advised me they are aware of what happened to me. After work, I called the store and a gentleman answered the phone and I asked him if he was Lorenzo. He replied yes. I told him who I was and he says, yes they had a bag for me sitting in the back. I asked him if it was okay for me to come by at this time and his response was yes, come by anytime you want. He was very nice and he also apologized. When I got to the store I was treated very well and with extreme kindness and still they apologized. Alissa was next door when I got there however, she came over when I was just about to leave and introduced herself. So glad I was able to meet her! Moving forward, I'll be a customer again as they have made the correct decision on a bad situation. The dispensary is epic they have so much of a wide variety to select! They did do better!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Easy access and sign up. I went in for a clone and they had a good selection. The budtender was friendly and helpful. I also got a new customer discount as well. Ill see how this one goes and maybe stop by for another one of it does well.

Amanda had answers for all my questions concerning the product .. very helpful and attentive . This is my go too dispensary and would %100 Recommend to anybody interested
