The curly-haired sales guy is selling for higher prices than the others usually charge. BEWARE! The store timings are not followed. Closes earlier and opens quite later than mentioned. Better to find nearby stores where you aren't cheated; happened with regular customers too.

Mohamed the new clerk was very rude when I tried to return a vape that did not work that I had purchased the day prior. I have spent a lot of money in this store and I expect when something is clearly defective that they ruturn it. I asked to speak to his manager and he did not connect me. I will no longer be doing buisiness here as long as this punk is working there.

The clerk is new and rude. I purchased 2 vapes at the same time. One did not work. When I showed him he said it was from too long ago, but couldn’t cite a return policy. He got nasty at the end and was not polite or professional. I hope he gets fired soon so I can return. Good shop, but bad customer service from the new guy.
