Quality food, tremendous selection at a reasonable price. We found several great bargains. The fresh produce is their specialty, but the meats, baked goods and prepared foods are also awesome. This will be a regular shopping stop for us.

I come here off and on, and it is almost always clean and well stocked. The interactions I've had with the employees have been helpful and friendly. Some prices are a bit high, specifically the bread, but the produce is usually fresh and well priced.

I did not see the"friendly"staff. There is a red curly hair that seems to be yelling out her frustration with... helping, clarifying, curving, etc. We moved to a different state that did not have Freshthyme, and for a long time, I carried Freshthyme rainchecks with me. I'm back to indi and went to the store on US-31, and I have used a couple of raincheck just in the last few months with no problem. No questions. They said they would honor the rain check even though now they changed policy about it . I went today, and a guy that seemed that just came out of the jungle said, "we can't honor that." Just like that, so cold and careless. I'M THE COSTUMER! THEY ARE NOT PAYING ME TO COME TO THE STORE. Is that "friendly". The older lady that works at the deli seems for whatever reason to not be able to shave meat as advertised on the case. It must take her too long so she serves it thinly sliced. I've asked her numerous times, she's polite and puts on a smile, but she does what she wants. Also the younger lady working cashier seemed to have an issue with me not choosing self checkout and was huffing and puffing like it was some inconvenience to her. This place always seems to have an issue with staff only makes sense that it is struggling now.

Staffed by always friendly and helpful employees who clearly enjoy their job, Fresh Thyme is the place to consistently bring your business when you want to fill your kitchen more conscientiously. All sorts of goods that you won't necessarily find at big-box stores are here, from Gluten-free and Keto, vegan and vegetarian, natural and organic, World foods, and everything in between. It is slightly pricier here, but you're paying for health and quality, if that's a concern for you.
