Reviews
Big selection of healthy foods. Reasonable prices. Though not as big as Mariano's, Fresh Thyme offers a lot of organic food and bulk foods. The staff, especially the managers, are extremely knowledgeable. Everyone is friendly.

Love that they have Boars Head deli meats but the folks working in the deli are not always the nicest. You are lucky to have one person there. Produce is always fresh and delicious and I can find everything I need. I love that they offer vegan dairy free bakery treats too! The pricing can run higher on your staple items but this is definitely the place to try if you have any kind of dietary restrictions or allergies! They have an excellent meat market and often run specials like chicken breast for $2.99 a pound with great quality. They have a nice select of vegan frozen dinners and an amazing artesian cheese selection. There is a prepared food bar as well where you can select from salads and hot delicious homemade soups.
They do offer fresh flowers and some plants but there is no custom designing options. In a recent visit I purchased two bottles of a plant based dressing that is usually a family favorite. I used one bottle on a couscous salad and it was rank. I took back the unopened bottle with my receipt and explained what happened and they gave me a refund in full with no questions asked. The store is well lit and clean and the close parking is ample and close to the door. They do offer a free t shopper card as well for additional promotions and discounts. The vitamin selection in vast and there is typically a friend staff member there to answer product questions.

I Went in and did some shopping they had samples all over the place . Came across a table with 2 people at it, Johnny and sabreena. They were sampling freshly locally grown mushrooms! You're better off going to their website
Windycitymushrooms look at what they have the different flavors there, Fire!!!! Taste so good . While I was standing there sampling, 2 of the managers came over and said they would like to carry Johnny's mushrooms in more of their stores, so that was pretty cool luck of the draw I was there. Johnny and sabreena both have huge personalities and were really cool and highly informative about the product, which is nice and expected..if anyone sees this and likes or loves loves mushrooms, check him out . Again, he grows them himself for 8 yrs. Fresh as fresh is gonna get. Different kinds of mushrooms. Check out the website or call the store and ask about the mushrooms.. 🔥!!!! This was the only one I could get. I got there late, and they sold out bummed about that, but I'll get more. Eat them like they come or use them for toppers on steak burgers, rice whatever chicken, lol!! They're really good!

To be honest, I was expecting more. A bigger selection on foods you usually don't find at Walmart, Target, Kroger, etc. Right before entering, all I smelled was seafood which was very off putting. The pack of fresh basil I got, when I opened it after arriving home the clump in the middle was brown, squishy and moldy. The store was clean though and even well organized.
