What a fabulous experience! Between the staff, the vibe (music, art, etc.), the selection, and the pricing, there is no way I would go anywhere else! Everyone was kind and super knowledgeable! And ladies, there is a tall handsome gentleman there that is quite easy on the eyes, too! I felt at home there and will be a permanent fixture! Thank you for being a great addition to the community!

Stay away!!!! I purchased the worst tasting bud ever. The staff is definitely not knowledgeable with the products their selling to customers. I was talked into buying what I was told was their best strain What a waste of money!!!! They hide this product in a package where you surprise when you open it up and find out it gabage and by then it's to late to return the product back because of their return policy.
Poor management!!!! Never again!!!!

Their sketchy cart came apart and destroyed a $35 vape battery. Went in and the guy behind the counter told me to yank it out. Broke it even more. $75 down the toilet with the price of the cart. This was their mango cart they had on sale. My guess is the idea is sell busted carts so when they fail people go buy more. I’ve had horrible experiences with these places downtown. How did things get more sketchy when it stopped being street chops of sour?

They will literally short change you. Bad business practice. Their policy is that they don't give change. No matter what the amount is, in principle this is a terrible bad faith transaction. The cashier was pretty arrogant and dismissive about it. "Well we don't give change, we round up or down, next time know this." Well there won't be a next time as this is the opposite of good faith transaction. Where is the signage of disclosure? And how arrogant and lazy this is. They just lost a potential long term customer and I'm sure to tell my circle of friends. I'll simply go somewhere else. By the way huge dispensaries and marjority of all regular businesses do transactions properly, in good faith.
Initially, the gentleman who greeted me was very nice and cordial. He gets an A.
However, as mentioned this policy in principle is basically terrible and is in bad faith. There is no disclosure. It is incredibly insulting to attempt to shame someone to simply ask for proper change. For those who work for a living, what if your employer decided to round down your hours and/or pay check just a little, every pay check? That would be dishonest. So this place gets an F. What a short sighted business practice.
