Nice shop, good location, but nothing that made me want to buy. The attendant was nice to me and readily had what I needed. I'll go back...

Fantastic selection. Worked with me on a couple items to show appreciation. The Father / Son team we’re above and beyond on trying to help me on something as minute as wanting this one stem piece but with another water unit, and they kept helping me until they made sure I was happy. Some people have reviewed this overly harshly because I don’t think they understand how much a designer/collectors class centerpiece that a known artist hand crates , and seemingly not acknowledge that fail to understand the artist has to pay a more q.c. Known brand licensed company to assure the quality standards that come under a certain reputable dealer. So, by the time you see it on the shelf, they have already paid it forward theee times. I can’t remeber everyone name, but The brains and indifference on Hannah was extremely helpful and easily answered all my annoying questions. She clearlly wasn’t rude in the least (as a few reviews hinted at, bug clearly v and neither was The owner and son. In fact they were bending over backwards to help me. Great prices. Good location. Great service. And Good Conpany all around.

Went one day and door was locked with a "be back in 10 min" sign, okay, I think ill come back another day. Came back today, and the cashier was watching some sort of youtube video on her phone. She didn't mute it, or even pause it. Got 2 packs of juul pods, and the total came out to over $60. That just shy of double the usual gas station price of $15-18. The entire time I was there the lady working did not pause her video. Was something about cops idek. Very rude, she also seemed pretty disinterested in her workplace. Price was way more than I'd return for, and the service of the store struck out twice. EDIT: GO TO THE OTHER SHOP ON THE SAME BLOCK, "THE OTHER SIDE", the people are nice, will say hello, and even have the items not outrageously overpriced!

Best place to buy your glass. Very good selection and the best customer service. The guy behind the counter is super chill and gives the whole place a great vibe.

So its 1:28 pm and everyone keeps trying to open the door...where are the attendees??? Now its 1:47 pm and no one has still not come? Is this how business is.now a days? If you open at a certain time and close at a certain time, people expect you to be open. No closings during the day.....smh!!!!! Bad for business!!!! The weekends are better. Dont come during the weekdays, you never know when its open or closed. I feel sorry for people that like the prices here and come from a distance to get what they need here. You want something, come on the weekends.
