I am glad I went to GNC today as I received excellent service and information from Theodore. After, my last experience at the GNC (Arundel Mills Mall). I had given up on GNC all together and opted for friendlier staff at Vitamin world or no service at all Amazon but something told me to come into today. Respectful, Patient, Polite - That is all I ask in return for my money!

Visited 5/21/23 - Great store, employees are friendly. Manny did great job of helping and assisting. Great location too, I can visit other stores in the mall.

I placed an online order for supplements last night. I came by to pick it up when it said the order would be ready. After arriving 15 minutes after the order said the store would be open, the store is still closed. That is my last order from GNC. I’ll go to vitamin shop.

I stopped by GNC in Columbia Mall for some protein powder that was on sale. The female associate greeted us warmly and offered us help if we had any questions. While I shopped, the associate had a fun and engaging conversation with my daughter about math and numbers. My daughter was delighted and I was as well. I may have not purchased anything if the associate was not so friendly and genuinely pleasant. Great customer service makes such a difference. We will be back:)
