Hands down the best customer service that I've ever experienced.Usually in specialty stores, the sales team tries to up sell everything other than what you came looking for. The man that was there on 3/5/21, in the evening hours never did that. He talked us through all of our options and recommended the best products based off our needs.. I honestly feel really bad for not remembering his name but he reminds me of a wrestler but a really kind, zen wrestler.. I would definitely recommend going here for all of your nutritional needs.

The guy was rude. He was only willing to show me the most expensive stuff. When I asked if there was something cheaper... like a smaller bottle to see if it even worked, I'm not going to buy $120 on something I may not use! He held his body in a threatening manner as if to say, "it's this or nothing." I was unimpressed to say the least. I walked out with nothing.

Arrived at 10:35 am when they open at 10:00am. Still not open… drove all the way from Manchester. Inconsiderate to your customers

GNC opens at 10:00am I have been sitting here since 9:58 waiting. Which is perfectly fine. I gave the lady some time to get situated at open up but it is currently going on almost 10:30am and she still hasn’t opened the gate!

I asked a fellow if they had any tasteless protein powder, and he directed me toward some and was completely prepared to elaborate on the inquiry, though I didn't want to go much deeper than the initial question, but I appreciate the solid service he was willing to offer. Didn't even get anything, but I'll look into the product and I could tell he was a cool guy, and I hope he's well there. Should definitely be given his own franchise, or at the very least a 100% pay raise. Good job.
