Dylan is very knowledgeable and very friendly. He gave me his best recommendations on what I should be taking. I knew nothing walking into the store, but because of Dylan, I have a pretty good understanding of what I need to take and why! Definitely coming here for everything I need! Got what we needed but customer service is terrible. I am small and female and every time I got in here the guys working get uncomfortably close to me and hover asking what I need and start giving bs suggestions and won't let me just look around. This time I went with my roommate to keep the weird men off of me and we both had masks on. HE ( the worker) started the conversation / argument of why we even are still wearing them and how pointless it is ridiculing and arguing with us until we finally left. Horrible service. Will order online or from a different store from now on.

My husband and I went in just to look at a product I’d seen reviewed online. We were greeted immediately by the associate, Grace, who was incredibly knowledgeable about products we could use to enhance our workout. She recommended other products for us to try, and I never felt like she was trying to upset us or give us a lesser item for more money. I will 100% return to this GNC for any of my workout needs.

Horrible all around. Went in looking for a meal replacement and something to give me energy the guys in the store pretty much told me nothing in the store was worth my money except this flex product oh which by the way was over $100 I picked up four or five different products and asked their opinion on it they said it’s not worth it it’s trash, why are they selling trash and why would they be calling their products trash. Seriously felt like I was being harassed by a used car salesman I will never ever be back to a GNC store ever
