I've been to a few GNC stores .. SETH is by far the most knowledgeable and experienced associate/ team member I've ever dealt with. He didn't force any sales on me and listened to my concerns and helped me to decide on things I needed. I'll definitely be returning since I noticed it's around the corner from LA Fitness. I hope he gets the credit he deserves and if you're in the area stop in and see him to get your life back on track.. thanks again for your help!

This store has everything you could need. Always have the highest quality supplements and always have some sort of sale going on. Workers are very knowledgable of the products they are selling as well! Great deals and even better ownership here!

My boyfriend bought a detox drink and when purchasing the drink was told if he was not satisfied to bring it back for a refund. The drink did not work for him so we took the drink back and the store manger told us the women who sold it to him was probably not aware they couldn’t return detox drinks. If one employee tells him something false I believe what he was told should be honored. It was a pricey drink and it was her mistake not knowing the policy not his. Good customer service would be apologizing for the mistake and honoring what he was told. What happen to the customer is always right?
