Not too happy with this place. I went in and bought 3 items that totaled around 100 bucks. I get to checkout and they convince me to get their pro membership to save money in the long run. I agreed and thought I was just buying the three items and a 40$ a year membership. I was wrong! They sneakily set the three items to autoship every month! Had I not checked my account then I would of been charged again for them. I'm sure the lady knew that but just had some quota to make. Hopefully they're not taking advantage of people that don't know any better. Add this company to the list of greedy immoral companies around today.

I came in a week or two ago and was assisted by an employee named Kelly. She went above and beyond to help me figure out which supplements would help me achieve my desired fitness goals. 10/10 customer service, would recommend this place.

This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this location and the door has been locked before closing time. The sign on the door and the website shows it closes at 7:00pm and it’s 6:15pm. I could see the employee at the back of the store and her leaving after I walked away.

Never got my pro box. I was hesitant to buy it in the first place but the guy helping me out kept insisting that I’d love it and that they put some really cool stuff in there. So I got it but it’s never came despite me returning and asking when it would. They said August and now it’s October. Not impressed.

I've been to your store many times. Rather than posting a bad review on Google I chose this route. The last two times I've been at your store there's been a woman named Amanda training. I didn't feel like a customer I felt like one of her subordinates. Last time I was there she signed me up for a subscription that I don't recall agreeing to. I never do those things. I received the wrong flavor of a protein shake so I was returning the product for an exchange. She told me to go grab one off the shelf. When I came back to the register and said I couldn't find it she said it's there and tell me to go back to the Shelf the whole time standing with her arms folded leaning back on the counter. I've had great service every time she has not been there everyone always seems to know the inventory product well. Everyone is always seemed polite and respectful. Someone needs to train her in some manners. As I left the store I said Thank you and she said nothing in return. So I said thank you again and she did reply "no problem" Jerez
