I came to this store to look for a very specific product and I needed it by Friday (I'm going out of town on Friday). They told me I was qualified for three day free shipping and therefore I decided to have them ship the product to my house. I specifically asked them if I would receive the products by Friday and they said yes. However, it turned out to be a standard 2-6 days shipping according to customer service (I called them when I didn't receive my product on Thursday) so I had to run to three different GNCs in the city to get the amount I needed. Worst experience ever! Wasted my time.

This store literally tears my skin every time I go in. First I wanted to claim my birthday rewards. $10. When I went to redeem at the counter they told me that I had to make a purchase first and then my next transaction I would get $10. Annoying!!!! I also took advantage of a buy two get one free at that same visit I was told that if I did this promotion I would gain a $40 credit towards my next purchase. When I went to use the $40 purchase they told me that it was past the specific days that I was allowed to use that purchase. So no $40. Plus it was one day after my birthday month so no to my $10 reward. 🤬Today I went into the store to make a return and the clerk charges my for my exchange... it’s an even exchange!!!! Gahhhhh. Finally cleared that up and went to check out and the 2/$4 bang sign was no longer valid but still advertised. He said it was bc they just hadn’t got around to removing it. Charged me full price! I am so done with the incompetence at this store. Never again

I came 15 minutes before closing and despite the fact that Cory was at the tail end of a 13 hour shift, due to a call in, he was extremely polite and helpful. He was very knowledgable about their products and helped me find what I needed for my 5 year old daughter who is battling bronchitis. He was very personable, listened, and took interest into the difficulty my family is currently facing. I will definitely be coming back.

The people that work here are super friendly and they know how to help you find what your looking for. Always got some type of good deal going on. Like buy 2 get one or buy 1 get and 50% off. So helps you out a long the way.

Closed 10 minutes early on a Friday. Employee was unwilling to help a customer.
