Came here today and the door was locked. Knocked on the door and called. Set in the parking lot for 30 mins before young man opens the door as I am leaving.

The first guy I dealt with was really helpful and nice. However, I had to return something because the texture made me sick. The new guy that was there lied and said I could only get a 50% refund since it was opened. I verified on the website and with customer service that this was NOT their policy. I went back to get the rest of my money back, and was met with the same guy. He seemed irritated that I caught on. It’s sad that the employee tried to scam me out of my money, especially knowing how hard times are for everyone right now.

Super helpful, staff knew exactly what I needed after a course of gut wrenching antibiotics. Was in & out in less than 10”.

Would have given them five stars but, literally every time I come here, they’re either closed during their normal business hours or, have a damn sign up reading “ back in 5 minutes”!!! Literally have been here three times in a row and the door is always locked during normal business hours!

Haven’t been in a GNC store in quite a while but after my experience today, I plan to visit more often. I was helped by a very pleasant employee named Riley today, she was not only incredibly kind and friendly, she was a wealth of knowledge when it came to the products within the store. All of my questions were answered and Riley seemed genuinely excited to help everyone in the store, including an elderly woman - Riley offered to carry her things out to her car for her since she was unable to do so, witnessing that moment of kindness brought joy to my day. 5/5 will be back again.
