the store is ok, but the girl that work in there is very rude, dont help and make you feel unconfortable i wont come back there. is a blond with freckles on his 20s. Very bad attitude...

Blonde girl with the worst attitude, and no knowledge. The store had “now hiring” sign, I hope the corporate make better choices in employees

Love this GNC location. It is clean and has the added convenience of being in close proximity to my job and local health club. Also enjoy getting my atkins diet friendly protein bars, drinks and snacks here so I am not tempted by the unhealthy albeit delicious food in the mall food court.

I haven't been into a gnc in a very long time and I had the chance to talk with Amy. She was down to earth, super friendly and knowledgeable. She told me about upcoming events. Chatted about old school supplements and I would have to say she would be the reason I come back into a GNC. Fantastic employee.

From the moment I walked in this store I felt bad unwanted energy, the sales reps and the “manager” all intentionally kept their backs to me as I simply looked around with my family. I didn’t get acknowledged nor greeted once in the 10 minutes I was there. Once I did start asking questions they were very rude and short with my family and the “manager” stated that she “gets paid” whether she helps me or not. I once worked for gnc and was quick to assist the customer and never belittle or make snide remarks to my customers and after visiting this store I see why the company has been failing. They need to fire this entire staff and start fresh and get proper training. I also asked for their DM’s info and they laughed at me And said he’s on vacation. Absolutely terrible experience when all I wanted was a preworkout and a little help with the new products. I also inquired more about the new pro membership and they had no answer for me. Huge fail at this location for the company I once loved to work for. They need to be secret shopped, because they truly make GNC look unprofessional and untrained. Would give -10/10 if I could, and that speaks volumes as I’m an extremely positive person. Thankyou
