I went in looking for some protein bars for travelling abroad and even though they did not have what I needed in stock, the young man behind the counter was helpful as to when I could come back/how I could do a pickup order. He was well-mannered and very informative- which stands out in today’s standards (or lack thereof) in customer service.

i don’t know what the previous reviews were about but all the times i went into gnc they were open on time. everytime i went there were very helpful employees, this employee named christian, a tall asian dude was the most helpful everytime i went. his effort to go out of his way to guide you depending on your goals and needs were something that keeps driving me back. such good employees and a good location. honestly deserves a higher rating.

Great customer experience! Greeting as soon as I walked in by a very enthusiastic staff, I believe his name is Victor. I had many questions and he did not get bothered by it one bit, he assisted me and then I saw him assisting many others as well.

I was scared to go for GNC since I had just started to gym but a worker named Brandon there was super helpful. My fear slowly turned into excitement as he was introducing me to newbie friendly items and what they do. It was much easier to talk about everything after Brandon eased me into this new world. I will surely be back as he is a great help not only for supplements but also great for gains. Brandon had gotten rid of my nervousness and turned it all into confidence, being able to relate to such a younger but muscular worker inspired me to be more active and get myself into the gym. 10/10 experience with him!!!!
