The lady Shilpi is worse and has an attitude problem. I bought a protein powder and only after 10 min I went to the store to return because I am allergic to some ingredients which were present in the protein powder. The box was never opened and I had the receipt. She was not comfortable in accepting my return and on top of that she was like you will lose all your points which you have earned. She tried so hard so that I don’t return that protein powder may be because her store sales will go down and she has a sales pressure from upper management. Then I told her that my health is more important than these little points I have earned. Please do not buy from this GNC store. That lady Shilpi is so rude and doesn’t know what customer service is. I went to other store to return and the employees told me that we received a lot of complaints under her name already. The other guy at GNC was so nice and processed my return. If the upper management is reading my review then please train that lady Shilpi in Customer Service and teach her how to smile and greet clients. Centreville location is worse because of Shilpi .

Beza is the best. She was sooo informative and new about everything. She's Definitely the person running the store

After several times of saying “NO” I do not want to upgrade to the pro membership, the lady added it on at the end several times and didn’t think I would notice. We ended up having to get everything scanned again 3 different times. Because each time she tried to scam and get that pro membership on there. Do better.

Shelpi who I believe is the store manager there stayed late after I called and explained I wouldn’t get there until 7:05pm. And while I was in there she took time to answer several questions I had. She was so much help and very polite. 10/10 service. Thank you!
