I visited this shop and purchased $85 worth of goods. One item being a disposable vape cartridge. It was the Urb brand. After 2 days it stopped working. I returned to the store to try and get them to rectify the issue. I was told they couldn’t give me a new one because I had used half the product. Nevermind that the other half of the cartridge I bought was now junk and worthy of a trash can. They offered me 10% off another one. The disrespect alone is why I wrote this. Don’t spend your money at this shop. There are far too many that will do better to earn your business. I’ve had vapes stop functioning before and the more reputable vape dealers will rectify and replace. Don’t shop here!
