I was blown away by not only the AMAZING customer service provided but also by how much they truly care about what they do! They sincerely care about meeting the needs of every customer. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on the products, answered all of my questions and put together a regimen that was specific to my needs. The Kratom products they have are by far the best quality and they work better than any of the Kratom products I have tried in the past. Thank you SO much for all of your help!! So grateful I found this place! The staff is amazing and their selection of kratom products is unmatched. The price isn't as low as you'd get at a regular smoke shop but the quality is definitely superior and the people working know what they're talking about so it's worth the cost. Their new person Audi is super awesome, friendly, happy, and helpful. She actually goes above and beyond for the customer with a smile. That makes a huge difference in how you feel leaving a shop! Thank you! I've also shopped with the owners and other employees, everybody has always been happy and helpful. I've never had a bad experience or felt like the people were unhappy to be there. The quality of every product I have tried is genuinely high. I have bought over 100 Oz's in +6 months and I have never felt that anything was weak or poor quality. I've actually never tried a strain that left me unhappy or questioning where I spent my money, which cannot be said about all batches of kratom. I've definitely bought kratom that made me feel bad and I'm not worried about trying new strains here. I also feel that they would correct any issues without question! They're super cool and friendly. I prefer spending my money here due to price and quality, even though I'm regularly driving all over greater Denver.

I always have a pretty good experience with this business. They usually let me put an advance order in and pick it up either the next day or even day after which is helpful as I work weird medical hours. Cody was super friendly and helpful today when I went in. The inside is super well organized and everything is displayed in a really attractive way. The only thing I would mention is that it is hard to get through by phone at times. But, keep in mind, they have been a bit short staffed. Otherwise I’ve always had a good experience using this business.
