As a Google review expert and local guide, I must express my deep disappointment and frustration with the abysmal experience I had at Good Stuff, the purportedly healthy food store located at 8336 Agora Pkwy #130, Selma, TX 78154. My visit to this establishment can only be described as a nightmare from start to finish, and I feel compelled to share my harrowing encounter with the public in the hope of preventing others from enduring a similar ordeal. Upon entering the store, I was immediately struck by the unwelcoming atmosphere that permeated the space. The young girl with a bun in her hair, who I presume was an employee, sported a facial expression that can only be described as constipated - a grimace frozen in place that conveyed utter disdain and contempt for any customer interaction. It quickly became apparent that she had no interest in assisting customers or providing even the most basic level of customer service. Her aloof and dismissive demeanor made it abundantly clear that she did not want to be bothered with questions or inquiries, leaving me feeling unwelcome and ignored. Adding to my distress was the presence of an older lady behind the counter, who exhibited the same level of unfriendliness and apathy towards customers. Her icy demeanor and lack of engagement only served to compound my growing sense of unease and discomfort. The palpable tension and negative energy emanating from both employees cast a dark shadow over the entire store, creating an oppressive and anxiety-inducing environment that made me eager to escape at the earliest opportunity. Throughout my brief and unpleasant interaction with the staff at Good Stuff, I felt like an unwelcome intruder in their personal space, an inconvenience to be tolerated rather than a valued customer to be served. The lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic human decency displayed by the employees left a lasting impression on me, one that I am unlikely to forget or forgive. It is evident that customer satisfaction and well-being are not a priority at this establishment, as evidenced by the abysmal treatment I received during my visit. In conclusion, I urge anyone considering patronizing Good Stuff to proceed with extreme caution and to temper their expectations accordingly. The appalling level of customer service, unwelcoming atmosphere, and unprofessional conduct exhibited by the staff make this establishment a place to be avoided at all costs. My wife and I stopped by to check out this place. I must say, the staff here is amazingly nice. They’re really knowledgeable about so many things. They also offer 20% on Mondays (FYI) I highly recommend GOOD STUFF TO EVERYONE!!!

I've shopped here for years. Great little plane with vitamins, herbs, and other healthful supplements of HIGH quality! They also have some food and drinks, and a lovely gift section. Lisa keeps this store rocking and rolling!

Im never coming back here. miserable group of people. It’s always like that with these people, especially that one lady I think she’s the owner or manages but she always has a scowl look on her face. So much attitude and judgy, she never says hello or goodbye even if you the customer initiates it. Should be the other way around but what do I know about soft skills, customer service, etiquette and class.

The staff are so helpful and nice. Now they have a whole assortment of whole bulk herbs! Along with the vitamins and oils and gluten free treats they already have. Love this store!
