Horrible service.....very rude to the person i brought there. The cashier wouldnt even let him look at it the product he wanted to buy. Giving him a bad remark saying its not much to look at! Its just something in the tube. Customer service sucks!

Cat is always the highlight of my day when I see her working and the main reason I am a regular customer. Fast and friendly. I enjoy being able to walk in and say what I want and leave shortly after. They don't push certain deals or strains on you. They don't try and tell you what you should get like other places. Great customer experience. Cool reward system. Been going here since they opened would recommend.

Consistently great customer service. ATMs that don't gouge their customers trying to buy product from them. I have no complaints. This is one of my top 3 places in Fairbanks.

This was my first time in a smoke shop and Kevin was beyond helpful in helping me pick out my product. Very knowledgeable staff, had great information for someone like me trying edibles for the first time in my life. I'll admit it they took 3-4 hours to kick in for me and my partner, but when they did~ that was exactly the experience I was aiming for. Definitely will be back. Clean shop, reasonably priced, awesome staff. 10/10 will be back.

It's so irritating to have points built up, but not being able to spend it on the one thing that you want if it's already on sale. I go in because I just need a half gram cart, I have more than enough to get it with my points, but it's already on sale, and it's the only thing on the board, so I walk out empty handed, and annoyed
