I had a really bad experience I went in and it had a bad smell I don’t know if they had just finish having lunch but it’s very unpleasant walking in to a bad smell oh and I also bought a bong and when I was smoking it cracked with in the first time use you should get better quality glass, glass that would last longer then what mine I will definitely not go back to this smoke shop

I come here from time to time and I usually have a good experience but not today. I had bought a pen from here exactly 6 days ago and the pen did not work. When I bought the pen the lady who sold it to me said if something happens and it didn't work to bring it in with the receipt and we could exchange it for a new one. So that's exactly what I did. The pen wouldn't charge and it wouldn't function properly. When I went to return it, a different worker said they couldn't exchange that brand for a new one and that it was probably just the charger. She took it out of the box and broke the charger in half. Then grabbed another charger and tried it with the pen. She said it was just the charger and that it would be 3 bucks for a new one. I told her what I was originally told that we could return it and she fought me on it and said to come back tomorrow to talk to the manager. I enjoyed coming here but after the experience today I won't be coming here again. How you gonna sell me something, brake part of it, not let me exchange it and expect me to buy the part you broke?? Rude customer service to say the least. $17 bucks down the drain for nothing. Thanks.

I had an excellent experience here! I had tons of questions and Mac answered them all with kindness and respect. Even if they seemed like I should know or it was just a stupid question. He offered lots of advice on products without pushing a particular line. He also wasn't the typical employee you see in these shops these days. They tend to be either half-baked or look like they just walked out of a film about the Russian Mafia 😂 Mac was professional through and through and still didn't act like a used car salesman. I think I've FINALLY found a shop that actually feels like a store and not some seedy underground speakeasy! I recommend it for anyone who needs smoking or vaping supplies! There is a lot of competition these days. Let's keep these Mom and Pop places with good service in business!

Was honestly blown away!! It has such a variety, the efforts to customer service are honestly the best I've experienced. I have attended this shop since inception, and they never let me down. For those seeking the most variety with vapor, glass, and accessories, this is the only place you need to go.

Edit: Disappointed on 2nd visit. I sent my wife in, and she spoke with a wonderful Lady there, but then Sam was unpleasant. Sam took 40 mins before to explain to me about CBD oil, the different kinds etc... He explained that the company he recommended provided lab details and information - clearly with something like this transparency from the producing company is a massive plus. Sam then recommended a couple different pens and I bought the Smoke brand pen. I wound up buying the brand of oil he recommended as well. This was all for my wife, and she has had trouble coughing when vaping the oil. A lot of trouble. She has been on youtube, and talking to people and done tons of research. So she went into the store, because they were super helpful for me. She first spoke with a lady who was very helpful. Then Mario and Sam came in. Mario went to the back and Sam helped my wife. Sam was grouchy and borderline rude and he was very insistent that that was the wrong pen and that he would never have sold that pen. My wife explained that I purchased the oil and the pen there and he was very grouchy in claiming he would never have sold that pen to vape oil. However Sam did sell me that exact pen and the oil. Now perhaps he has had new information since then on what works better, perhaps he tried it and realized it was the wrong pen. I don't know, but thats the pen I purchased. Im 100% certain because I went to several vape shops prior and I bought everything from Sam and Mario. I was even so impressed on the first visit I would consider it a 6 star experience. I asked Marios permission to take photos of the shop and post on my review and we talked for a good while and 1 of the photos I took is the main photo you see on google for this shop. At any rate this experience was unfortunately a 3 star visit. Maybe Sam was having a bad day, it happens, but it still doesn't make for a good experience. My wife did leave with the correct pen and for the first time she can vape without choking and coughing. Now she was talking about buying a 2nd pen and more stuff... but here is the kicker. Now she might go online. After her experience she has no interest in going back to the store. Thats the thing, you can lose a customer to online in a single visit to the store. At the end of the day they sell good products and my wife ultimately got what she needed. For the first time now just today she has got rid of her migraine, and she was never able to do that before with the big pen. I genuinely had a 6 star experience the first time I went in with the lady, Sam and Mario. So Im sure it was an off day. Id go back, but my wife wont. ______________ Original review: Phenominal!
