I've been to a fair share of smoke shops between South Florida and Jacksonville over the years. But, never has a shop ever felt more caring and personable as the team at Gran Bay. Bonus points for having lots of snacks and drinks! I highly recommend taking at least one trip there for your smoker needs; their professionalism and kindness will probably make you a regular too. 10/10 recommend.

This smoke shop is hands down the best around. The hours of operation blow every other smoke shop out of the water. That’s just for starters. The customer service is nothing short of impeccable. The owners and the workers are family oriented and exceptionally friendly. Any questions you might have, they will answer. As they are outstandingly knowledgeable in their craft and all the products they offer. Many smoke shops claim to be a “one stop shop”. This smoke shop is exactly that… and so much more.

This is by far the best smoke shop in Jax/PV. They are always so kind and make an effort to build a relationship with every one of their customers. You can tell they strive for customer satisfaction. 10/10 would recommend
