I always feel rushed at the other dispensaries I’ve been to, but Celeste was more than patient with me and answered all of my annoying questions. This will definitely be my new go to dispensary. happened a couple months back. i got an airo cart and it turned out to be faulty. i had two fully charged airo batteries and it didn’t work on either. i went back to the store to explain and i regret doing this but i mentioned that the batteries i had were about 2 years old? and all of a sudden the lady manager is like yeah there’s nothing we can do so i was like bet. i went to showgrow down the road and thank god one of the budtenders was so nice she gave me a free airo battery. so here i am with three batteries and the cart still doesn’t work. so i go back and they finally give me an exchange but the manger was rude, didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or nothing. literally just said “ok”

Love this dispensary, I prefer it to their other location.. only thing I don’t love-
I put in a pick up order that’s giving me the price of $71.01 for the fuze 3/.5 deal but when I show up you guys charge me $72.11. Not a big deal but you guys should be honoring the price you’re giving me on the website and not charging me more for it when I show up in store.
I didn’t really pay attention until I left and I’m not going to drive back for $1 but you guys shouldn’t be charging more than the price you’re giving to customers.
