Very disappointed with Green Truck. The employees were rude and unwelcoming from the moment we walked in. What really stood out was how they treated my wife instead of helping her at the counter, they made her use the kiosk even though there were multiple employees standing around working. It felt dismissive and unnecessary. Customer service was basically nonexistent, and no one seemed interested in actually helping. On top of that, the product quality was poor for the price dry and underwhelming. Between the rude staff, lack of basic courtesy, and bad product, there’s no reason to come back. Plenty of other dispensaries do much better

I was $3 short in cash on my order, so had to pay the rest in coins. I felt awful; I had to give her 8 quarters and 10 dimes. Having been a service worker myself I know that can suck. Sarah made no fuss about it and made me feel better about having to do that. 10/10.

Lynn is a savior! I come in almost weekly for their bulk dabs. I haven’t been asked about the loyalty program yet. She noticed and signed me up! Thank you for your chivalry and for saving me money!

If you do rec canna you should give this rec shop a try. Great product nice atmosphere I think this is the best company in Maine. My pic of Green Truck was actually in Kittery, we go there too.

This is my favorite rec spot ever! I love the bundle deals they have , and Sarah is my absolute favorite in the building, she always takes such good care of me she is so knowledgeable and she is honestly the coolest!
