Always friendly, helpful employees here! The store is clean and brought, with a beautiful selection of whatever it is that I'm looking for! They have great produce and fresh foods.

Will who is a manager was super sweet and respectful! He was also inside directing the lines that were getting long and making sure all of us customers were being taken care of... I walk outside and he's now pushing carts back in the store! This kid needs a raise!!! He's zooming around making sure all things are taken care and the store was really busy so props to him!

I love this HEB they are very professional. From the beautiful flower arrangements when you first walk in to the great choice of produce. Store is always very clean they were very busy but they get you checked out pretty quickly.

This is specific to delivery services for this location. The communication and options for reporting issues/speaking with the driver or store and just sub-par compared to other delivery services. I had an order that was charged, marked as delivered, and was not at my house or any of my neighbor's homes. It took a lot of texts, calls, and time in the app to get help and it's still not resolved. I would think twice before spending the money for delivery as the customer has very little options when issues arise.

I live in Houston and went in person for a floral consultation with Lizzy/Elizabeth at Blooms. It was a decent experience and decided to continue with requesting a quote because I love HEB and heard really great things about their floral department for weddings. Upon leaving she mentioned it would take about a week to send a quote as she was busy. Later I received the quote and everything looked okay but I had many questions. I emailed the questions twice, a week apart, and no response. I called the third week and someone answered and said Lizzy was business the last two days and maybe that's why she didn't respond. I shared that I was trying to get a response for two weeks. The person on the line said hold so she can ask if Lizzy can come to the phone. Person came back to the phone and said Lizzy said to just email her. Needless to say I did not email again or ever call again. It's been 2 months and of course still no response. I of course contracted with someone else who is absolutely amazing with communication. The customer service at this Lakeway Blooms location was just so disappointing that a review is needed so hopefully others don't waste their time.
