Just drove over from Phillipsburg after an issue with another dispensary and man will I say I’ve never had a better experience at another dispensary the here at Hackettstown Dispensary! Looked online and not only were these prices more than fair (unlike many dispensaries in the US) the friendliest staff I’ve witnessed in this economy and not only that I had to run back in to buy a battery and they helped me out didn’t even have to go back in! Whole selection including the marijuanna and so many accessories! They had a nice battery for free just by leaving a review! Whole $10 value! Truly a great experience!

Definitely interesting experience here today. Ordered what I thought were edibles but ended up recieving actual flower instead (which i have no current way to smoke) as well as I gave them a warning that someone's google account was still automatically logged in at their self service station for ordering. I even said that their BANK ACCOUNT was attached and someone else could use their account for their purchase. The clerk said they told them to make sure they log out but took 0 initiative to go log out the poor person who forgot. Clearly they just don't care about their patrons.

I’m extremely disappointed with this dispensary. I placed an order for a top-shelf item at a sale price, and when I arrived, I was told the item “no longer exists.” The employee even admitted they SAW it earlier, then suddenly changed the story and called it a “ghost item.” Meanwhile, they had the same product sitting there at full price, but refused to honor the sale price I already locked in. When I politely asked if they could make it right — which any reputable business would do — they became completely unaccommodating, rude, and dismissive, and then tried to claim I was being rude. Looking at other negative reviews, this appears to be a pattern: customers report the same thing, and one reply even threatens to ban a customer instead of fixing the problem. At this point, it feels like employees may be pulling already-claimed sale items for themselves and then pretending they’re “ghost items.” Whether that’s true or just incompetence, either way it’s unacceptable. I won’t be coming back, and I recommend others be cautious with their online orders here.

This is my new favorite dispensary. Its the customer service i like. Matthew and his staff are great. I like the lady at the door too. Shes always nice and cheerful. I went there today and never had a bad experience. Gotta fix that app though its constantly freezing!

Honestly I've never been more disappointed by a pot shop understandably it's a mom-and-pop shop but they don't know what they're doing in there I went in to buy a joint that was on sale online for $10.50 paid 20 bucks got in the car realized I paid 20 bucks and that the taxes out at like $6 when you get to 100 went back in kindly asked if this could get fixed they gave me $22 back and then when I went to go pay for it again they decided that I didn't have 20 I had 10 and that they were going to give me 0.14 which is exactly the thing that they just messed up with a different employee which was I think their manager now I'm really mad so I go in there and I'm worked up and I mentioned my depression and I get my $10 back and they said I'm sure I'm absolutely positive this is what I saw no because you didn't call me to tell me that you were short like you said you would because you thought you really really thought, I am never coming back.
