Avoid this place if possible. They would not run my insurance when I needed my med, and they gave me a hard time about returns, ended up not allowing me to return a $200 fertility medicine that I didn’t need anymore, I had to take the med to my doc appointment, at the appointment the doc said I don’t need it so I took the med back to pharmacy. It’s a small mom n pop pharmacy, I was referred to them for my fertility medicine that regular pharmacies didn’t carry, but there are plenty of other places that do carry the meds that you might need. They were difficult to work with, I refuse to shop here again.

updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars! ORIGINAL REVIEW : I had the bad luck dealing with this pharmacy and not having any other choices than them for fertility treatment. They are rude I had last minutes order injections and I called to ask the coverage and my responsibility the person says it is not covered. I called my insurance to double check and IT IS covered. the dr needs to send the details for the authorization…etc I called the dr to send the details, and call the pharmacy back the person rudely said they only cover pharmacy plans and not medical plans. COULDNT you say this from the start? I can tell, He is not here to help but here to just fill orders, get things paid out of pocket and hang down the phone as soon as he can. I am working with my clinic to find me a competitor and if this means I drive to Maryland to get my medication I will gladly do, I told my clinic. after calls and me refusing to come to this pharmacy. My clinic directed me to call Tanya instead of the rude guy they have as I had no alternative given that it is w-end. Tanya did a good job and apologized even though I didn’t even complain to her. ** UPDATED REVIEW**: Kristen called me to solve the issue and she explained everything “why my medication was not covered under medical there” and “why he couldn’t tell me that from start”. overall i’m pleasantly surprised with the care I got and I appreciate such an effort. If I can get my medication at a competitive price here, I would certainly come back. It is great to see a place that cares about its customers.

Ok this pharmacy is worth a visit even if you don’t need medication!! They have a cute shop in the front with gifts. The pharmacy staff is extremely kind and helpful. Their prices are much better than any pharmacy in the area for certain types of medication.

I had to absolute BEST experience with Hann's. Not only where they kind and considerate, they were the lowest price! My clinic called them towards the end of the day being in a different time zone and even my nurse commented on how nice the Pharmacist was! Had my order shipped no issues! Thank you so much!
