I hate to leave bad reviews but this place is only good bc it’s open early. Their customer service sucks and they sell you faulty products and won’t honor refunds. It’s a shame because they don’t take care of returning customers. I’d recommend going out of your way to a different dispensary. I knew their customer service was bad but it’s been confirmed multiple times. Take my advice and go to a different venue.

I normally don’t leave written reviews let alone reviews for a 1 star, but when I say this place was the worst, I mean it is the worst. I’m not too sure on her name but the lady at the counter just couldn’t seem to comprehend the request of my husband, he had to go in there no once , not twice but three times and all three times were not a pleasant experiences on the third time I even had to become slightly involved, and still we came out of there with nothing good. I would suggest to go further down behind the del taco to a dispensary called Euphoria they got cheaper goods and better staff ngl

definitely a poor experience at this dispensary. I saw them advertising a 1 g disposable on WeedMaps for a certain price. I drove there, which took me 30 minutes… and when I got there, the in-store price had tripled. when I asked the manager, Paul, if he could honor the price being advertised online, he said no. The reality is this may have been a simple mistake entering items into their menu weedmaps or something… but I drove down here for the deal and brought this error to the managers attention. the least you could do is honor the price to the man who drove 30 minutes to give you business, then change the price accordingly for future sales of said product. poor management decision were made by Paul today. bait and switch tactics followed up by a poor cost-analysis that lost a lifetime consumer over a singular disposable pen. we’re talking a few bucks here and this tool is treating me like a thief for asking for the deal that he was advertising. what a joke lol. I manage multi million construction projects and if I saw one of my subordinates make a stupid decision like that he would be on indeed looking for a new job before end-of-day

Visited California for a couple of days, and finished off in Barrio Logan, of the SD area. The Harbor Collective shop was super close to where I was staying, and had great reviews, so I decided to check it out. This was my first dispensary experience, and it was nothing but wonderful. Jasmine addressed all of my needs and concerns, while at the same time engaging me in conversation regarding my trip. We picked a distillate inhaler, some chews, and a couple disposable pens. Forgetting cash, and only having my credit card, she even held my items for purchase, untilI was back. My first experience was so great, that I decided to come back one last time, before departing. This time, Angelica helped me pick out some more chewies. Jasmine was also there, and I was able to let her know how everything turned out from my first stop. Again, the staff were helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. I can't wait to make it back, and check this place out, again!!

Store has a good variety going from mildly strong if that's what you like to amazingly strong. Staff was super cool, knowledgeable, and even let me take a few pictures. Good location too close to downtown.
