I'd been there once before. My second visit, I was recognized, and my purchase was remembered. In addition, I was told extra was ordered just in case because I mentioned how hard it was to find anywhere else. They have a loyal customer until I leave Florida. Absolutely best smoke shop I've been to. Plus exceptionally large and clean.

In terms of product range and cost, this is the best smoke shop on the Westside. Jay, Roman, and the entire crew provides exceptional customer service, as well as expertise and insight about the best bang for your buck product's, including their quality, special's, and rewards system. Plus the vibes are impeccable.

Started off ricky but Alfrado the owner was very personable and funny. Very informative about cigars. His lounge is mem4 only currently no openings. Thursday nights its open to the public. First 30 ladies free drinks. Alfrado is so very charming an pationate about his cigar lounge. Ask about the history great story. By the time we left i felt like i had known him a life time. If you are in Miami and love cigars you must go vistit HAVANA CIGAR LOUNGE. You will not be disappointed. 5 stars are not enough.
