Employees at the store were very pleasant and both assisted me with my needs, after a few options shown a selection was made. Came from downtown to the Heights, totally worth it.

I've been a loyal customer at this shop for years, mainly because it's within walking distance. My only gripe is the absence of bulk deals. Despite spending more than 90% of other customers, I end up paying $6 extra for Kratom per bottle compared to online prices. While their retail rates are still reasonable, I wish I could purchase 20-40 at once to last me a month or two. Recently, the house brand schmackerz vapes, which I initially loved, turned out to be disappointing. Issues like auto fire and charging malfunctions plagued all six units I purchased within a day.

Dylan was an extremely energetic and helpful person. It was a pleasure shopping with him. I will definitely be returning. What a great selection!

Manager is such a wonderful and helpful kind spirited lady. Definitely will make this my go to vape store anytime I'm in htown. Highly recommend, it is a clean store friendly service. & has just about everything.
