Hemp Hop Cannabis Delivery & Dispensary – CBD, THC, Delta 8, CBN, CBG

Mostly had pleasant experiences up until I had use the delivery option recently. I live further out now so instead of pick up I opted to have it delivered. Tried to tip the driver enough to make it worth their time, because I do deliveries myself and know how it is. Found out the hemp hop takes the tip despite also taking a delivery fee. And the driver gets less than half of that. Didn’t think was fair and the site makes it seem like the tips go straight to the driver. They explained that they take the fees and tips and instead of giving it specifically to your driver they divide it up to pay Gig drivers more fairly but they’re paying $7-$9 for drivers to go 15+ miles. My tip was more than they paid and the driver didn’t get no where near it because of how they operate. They said they would refund after speaking to them about how I thought the driver was going to get the tip I didn’t know they keep it all but it never even refunded. This tainted my view of the company, and I’ve shopped here for years. I’ve always had a good pick up experience but this was too disappointing to purchase here again.

Very nice service. The Wedding Cake live resin is much better than I expected. Reminds me of some hard hitting Humblebee from Michigan. Awesome staff as well. I did not feel rushed at all & he was very friendly & made sure I was happy before I left. Would definitely return here again.

I’ve ordered a lot of hemp hop. I enjoy most of the products but the local delivery system is a joke. Roadies deliver only if they accept the job. It doesn’t matter how far ahead you pre order and set the exact date and time within an hour. Half the time there orders go past the delivery time and you have to call the store and have them arrange something. I will not be doing this process anymore as it’s become overly frustrating. Roadies coming to the door asking for more money or complaining or not showing up is not what I want in a delivery service.

First time ordering from any company and they sure did not disappoint. The ordering process was quick and simple and they provide a disco for veterans as well! 🫡 I went for the on-site pick up and was excited my whole hour trip back. Definitely earned a new loyal customer. Thanks HempHop!
