I love the huge variety of cannabis products at this location not to mention the employees are always happy to help any way they can. ATHENS HWC has the rudest ego carrying employees I've ever met. I actually drive an extra 40 minutes out of my way just to come to the Jackson HWC because I live closer to Athens if that tells you anything.

My only complaint is that the drive thru, if it gets long, completely will block the entrance. It makes pulling in/ out of a parking spot super complicated. Just not enough space! The people are incredibly kind, and prices are better than Sunnyside it seems for certain things. I’m a fan!

Been going to this dispensary for months and I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff. They are thoughtful, knowledgeable, and friendly. If you could create a better experience I can’t imagine how.
