Herbally Grounded has been my go to for supplements and herbs for the last few years! The staff is always warm and welcoming, and so knowledgeable. While they are all great, I want to especially shout out and thank Jo. She is the very best! Herbally Grounded wouldn’t be the same without her and neither would I! Thanks for your help Jo!

My first visit to Herbally Grounded, and Vernika was absolutely fantastic! She patiently answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Very personable and she definitely knows the products.

I found this store a couple months ago, and have continued to be impressed with the amount of information and quality products I have come across every time I go back. Your store employees are well informed and very knowledgeable, which makes it very helpful for asking questions, I have been to your store three times and have had different people help me out but the one person that’s always been consistent Is Jo. She has been the most help with mine and my wife’s different needs. Glad to have found your store and look forward too coming back, customer for life.

Vernika (V) was incredible! She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She gave me a few recommendations for supplements AND books, and she was extremely engaging overall. I immediately felt like I was chatting with a friend I have known for years! I NEVER get service as good as this when I go to stores, so this definitely stood out to me!
