This shop is a real gem. If you want an exceptional herbal mix that'll put you right, this is your spot. Great selection, nice atmosphere, and the owners and employees are very helpful and extremely knowlegable in their craft. Every question I've had has been answered in a kind and informative way -and I talk a lot so that's no joke. I always leave feeling warmer and a bit more educated on tea than when I came in. I drag my friends and parents here because I love it so much. -Honestly though, what's better than a nice tea shop to brighten your day? -Also, they have really cute herbal infused honey bears, so you really can't miss out on that. 10/10. Will most certainly come again.

The ladies here were so incredibly helpful!! The environment was quite lovely as well. I'm new to herbalism and wanted to find the perfect shop to get all my herbs from, even if it's an hour away. Good think they ship! I'll definitely be a long time customer.

First time ordering herbs and tinctures online. It was shipped as priority mail and received really quickly after placing an order. I was worried about glass bottles tinctures but they arrived nicely packed and nothing was damaged. I would recommend this local store, and cannot wait to visit the actual store in the future! Great online shopping experience.

This place is great they have all flavors of tea & much much other stuff. A must go see when in downtown Kirkland. Staff are very knowledgeable & very friendly.
