Worst smoke shop in Jersey City. Always trying to upsell. Terrible customer service.

Best smoke shop I’ve ever been to! Vibes were off the charts and if you call you get a 10% discount! I got one of the nicest pieces I’ve ever seen for much less than they even sell it for online… if you’re trying to buy glass to smoke or even any electric pieces I’d say this is your shop. I usually take low prices over everything but the customer service and flexibility of the person there, Malik, made me wanna go back just to spend extra money 😂 thanks for the help brother. I’ll totally be back soon

This is THE spot, been coming since it opened - great prices and the owner is super chill. Extensive selection of vapes, and always good music - appreciate them being open early too, so I can stop in on the way to work! The ONLY thing is the guys who work there are WAY too aggressive trying to make sales, they swoop in like eagles. TBH, it really gves me anxiety bc they hover and try to push product on me when I know exactly what I’m looking for. This happens every time, they never seem to remember who I am lol. Don’t get me wrong, extremely attentive, but give the customers some space, there is a difference between being helpful and downright pushy. Just keepin it real, decided to post it up here bc I’ve mentioned it them before - and well… wonders never cease! They do have the shop and supplies down to a science tho, so no use taking down a star for eager beaver sales ppl! 😗💨🍃

best vape shop i’ve ever been to near jersey city. never selling the fake stuff and always so informative, i literally spend a lot of time in good conversation every time i come here. always very good at recommending!

H&I has super friendly & quick service!! Check them out, i got delta8 which I love and gonna get another when it’s out. They got cool pieces all around the store and was really helpful too.
