Amazing people, great products (prices are unmatched!) and as a medical patient this is by far the easiest place to shop, other places, are so suspicious and not friendly but these guys are the real deal! Def recommend.

The manager was terrible. I bought a cartridge and it wasn’t working. I wasn’t asking for my money back. I just wanted to simple exchange. I’ve spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars here never once had a problem with the product but the one time I do, the manager doesn’t even wanna help me out.

Definitely 💯. Same great staff for year's. They all reflect such positivity.

Im not sure why it took me so long to write a review but here it is. This place is the G.O.A.T! I've been a customer since they were in the original building just a block away. The STAFF, selection, and medical discounts are unmatched by any dispensary in town. The place is kept clean, organized, and has a good selection of glass....like a whole room dedicated to it. This is best place to go for your recreational and/or medical needs. The menu is not confusing to read if you even have to read it, as the staff will usually know what you want just let them know. I gladly let them pick things out for me. Not enough can be said about this business to explain it, you will just need to go experience it.

Honestly trash with the latest turnover in employment. I called 3x and Everytime they collectively said "we can't hear you bro 😂" I was ready to buy an OZ. Of Headband but the website quoted me $180, then $144 and again $180. Just be MORE professional please. All I wanted was clarification on a sale but apparently that's entirely beyond their capabilities

Beautiful clean shop with knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me restock a few of my favorites and introduced me to a few new things to try based on what I liked. The served felt way more helpful than a few of the bigger stores I’ve gone to in the past, where it can sometimes feel like they’re just scanning their inventory papers without much guidance to offer beyond what’s in stock. I’m excited to return to High End and let them know how the new stuff worked out!

I've found my go-to spot for all things cannabis at this incredible local dispensary. The owner is often there, personally ensuring everything runs smoothly, and it shows in the quality of the service. The staff is not only incredibly knowledgeable and laid-back but they also remember me and my preferences, making every visit feel personalized. They're always ready with spot-on recommendations, whether it's for a specific activity or a particular type of high I'm seeking. What makes this place even more special is the sense of community. These are folks I recognize from around town, which adds a comforting, familiar vibe. Plus, they keep an eye on my bike out front, which I really appreciate. And to top it off, it's located right next to one of the best Thai food spots in Vancouver. I can't recommend this dispensary enough – it's a true gem in our community!

There was a young gentleman who was working the front desk, I believe his name was Josh, he is an absolute gem! He answered all of my questions, which was quite a few (I’m new to this!), helped find the perfect strain for me, and even asked for + remembered my name! I would go out of my way for this dispensary solely for this young man! If only every store had a Josh!

Was suggested this business by another cannabis store as I needed some medical related questions answered. I stopped by on May 22nd at 7:30. There were two very pleasant young men working at the time. I did not catch their names, but they both went out of their way to answer my Myriad questions. I learned quite a bit and was very appreciative and hopeful of the products that I purchased. They had quite a nice selection and some items that I have not seen at other Cannabis stores. I will be back here.
