Ive been a regular here for probably 2 years both the day guys are great and always have been, today unfortunately in the store this lady (who'd i assume left the one star review below this one) was causing hell for no reason and she was acting crazy and even said some things to me when i walked by! But other than that ever visit here has been delightful love the store i will continue to stick with my guys!

Horrible Customer Service - Won't Accept Returns or Exchanges I had a terrible experience at this smoke shop. I bought an item that turned out to be defective, and when I tried to exchange it for a working one and even offered to pay the price difference, the clerk refused. The item was in perfect condition, and I wasn't asking for a refund, just a simple exchange. I used to be a loyal customer, visiting twice a week and spending around $30 each time. That's $720 a year you just lost over a defective product you should have taken back. Good luck staying in business with such poor customer service. I won't be coming back.

There is a kid who works here who is easily irritated and extremely disrespectful. He is an employee but he will “ban” you and tell you to leave if you don’t shop quickly. He does not like customers being on a phone call in the store & will tell you to get out. They just make up rules based on their emotions & the owner has no regard for his business. You can call to talk to him if you have an issue but don’t expect to get anything from him not even a hey I’m sorry you experienced that. They don’t care , no customer service skills no empathy or compassion. Just sales & attitude. Talking to the owner made me sad it’s like he didn’t care about his store ??? I was genuinely taken back at his disinterest in how his business is being ran & portrayed. There are many smoke shops in the area. Just pick another one. These people here are very unpleasant & unprofessional even if you used the lowest scale to measure. They are at the bottom. There is a smoke shop 4 minutes from them with people who are at the very least nice to you. Boooooooo 🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅🍅 DONT GO HERE. THEY ARE WEIRDOS. I’ve never written a negative review before but this was absolutely necessary. By far the wildest experience over ever had with anyone in customer service. Very unstable people working here … very rude, disrespectful & ran by mindless teenagers. I’ve asked for owner info & he refused to give it said it was his store and to get out lol this place is a joke. They don’t seem like a serious business. Not sure how they are even in business.
