Outstanding Customer Service! A store clerk, store manager and district manager went the extra mile to help me out. I always get great service at the Avon store. It's a nice store, with a good selection of high quality products, not the trash you see in most smoke shops. The staff know their products and give good recommendations without being pushy.

Store atmosphere is very nice and clean. The workers are all welcoming, and know their products well. Many things to chose from, and an awesome selection of vapes, and flavors. Decently priced. They also have cool snacks, and drinks to chose from if you're looking for something a little more exotic than the norm.

I absolutely love higher grade their location that I go to is always great they don’t just look at you as someone who’s spending money they actually get to know you and remember you. The manager in Avon and I actually talk when I go in there and he’s really cool too

I recently discovered Higher Grade in Avon. The store is immaculate, and the products are fantastic! The staff is super efficient, very knowledgeable, and so kind. Micah and Clint are always willing to assist me when I come in, and they always have a smile on their faces while doing so. I’d highly recommend this spot.

Simply the best around. Staff are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The products on offer are also the best available in the area and provide much appreciated healthy and discreet options. A mature shop for mature people that serves a great need in the community. This is my favorite shop in the state.
