Terrible owner, sold the wrong product, refused to refund the money, and after I asked to exchange the product, he insulted me and told me not to come back

I called to find out which products they had, and was told they carried the type I was looking for but when I asked which brands, they hung up on me. Guess I'm finding another shop, because who wants to deal with that.
