Love this smoke shop it gets me right every time the customer service is top tier I love it here always come back and the trip gets better and better every time.

Not sure what happened. This was my favorite store. I love the products. I come here a lot. But a cashier woman was very rude to me. She never smiles. I'm not sure if she was just having a bad day or what. But I just don't appreciate the rude service. Every time I come in there she's dismissive and frankly it has made the environment uncomfortable because I do not feel welcomed. I feel as if I bother her by being a customer by how annoyed she looks every time I walk in.

I've never in my life been treated so poorly at a store. The customer service i received from the girl with the green hair was awful. Not only that but when confronted about her attitude and how she talks to people she said "this is my store. I run this" and refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Then looked as if she wanted to fight with me as well. I'm very disappointed.

This place is underrated. The prices are Amazing, the customer service is great. Definitely the best vape shop around, I heavily recommend going here.
