I love great coffee shops. This is exactly that. I had no idea when I found it on Google that it was this good. I even bought a # of coffee because it was so good. Food was also great. Such a cool vibe, I will certainly order their coffee online and will return as we always travel that way.

I get nervous every time I want to grab a latte here, because I’m never sure if the staff is going to be unfriendly/rude. I’ve had one or two experiences with very nice, friendly people here. But most of the time the staff seems like they are annoyed. I think it must be an upper management or ownership issue, because it is just as bad at The Factory location, lately. Again, there are a couple very nice employees. But most of the employees seem irritated or inconvenienced by the customers. The lattes are hit or miss. The recipes for seasonal lattes are always good, but sometimes they aren’t made very well. They refuse to make a breve latte (a latte made with half and half, rather than regular milk). Every other cafe makes a breve (even Starbucks). It reminds me of another review I just read about “we don’t put honey in your latte for you” haha. It’s almost funny.

I got the “Avo” smoothie. In my experience at other places the smoothie is too chunky to even drink with a straw but the consistency was smooth at Honest. The smoothie was really yummy, creamy, and definitely healthy. They let me choose what milk would go in it. I got the Boston Tea Party latte hot which was very hot but is not a bad thing. It tasted like the description. There were only 3 people working, making food and drinks and manning the register but our 3 drinks came out quickly.

Coffee and Coconuts located on the Berry Farms area in Franklin, Tennessee offers a very unique gourmet coffee experience. It's a high end coffee shop, with a beach towel white theme. Whether it's their own cold brew coffee, freshly made smoothies, or your daily coffee fix. You will be sure to find it here. Much like Berry Farms, it's cozy and quiet. This place is absolutely amazing. Friendly staff, good food, and even better coffee. Will definitely be coming back! So much better than the Coffee and coconuts place that was there previously. Honest coffee staff are definitely more friendly and welcoming.
