I would start with these qualities: professional, comfortable, clean and incredibly affordable. My experience was exceptional. I had many questions for my salesperson Jake and he was extremely knowledgeable. Total Superstar! Questions related specifically to a pure sativa strain of gummies he was answering in detail. Talking about higher quality gummies versus not as high. And quality versus affordability. He ran the entire gamut of things I should be considering. For instance, I did not know that some gummies are heat resistant and when they are they're typically more expensive. Simple stuff that most people probably know but I didn't and now I do. I will be making another trip because I forgot to buy chocolates. I am looking forward to it. I would suspect there are other dispensaries in the Traverse City area. I just happen to stumble upon this and I am glad I did. A very interesting name with a very clean and professional location. And from the prices I am used to paying... Extremely affordable. UPDATE 7-18: Went back, got the chocolates, got the same first class service and yes, Jake was there to save the day! Thank you HOD Team!

This store is awesome i live over an hour away and still I'd rather go here then the stores in my city I'll never get over there deals and they're always friendly on top of that they have a little something for everybody in all price ranges so no matter what they will do you right

Awesome affordable products, knowledgeable, friendly staff. They even threw in a bunch of freebies, I didn't know I had til I got home. 3 pre rolls, a full gram disposable vape, 200mgs edibles, and another edible. Even stickers. Thanks again yall! A few months ago I left a 2 star review because as my partner and I approached the door, an hour before closing, a worker was locking the door. The next time I came in the person, who usually makes polite conversation, said nothing just holds their hand out to me and refuses to make eye contact. I was then let into the show room and I look around for 5-10 minutes and nobody says a word to me. Finally I approach the counter and a manager comes over to helps me but at the end of my order they stop and ask if I am the person who left the review and asked me to delete it. I was very caught off guard and kind of just told them I would think about it and left. The next time I came I was treated the exact same way no eye contact, no help in the show room, given the same manger who again asks me to delete the review and because I like a deals at the shop and I am hoping I would get whatever black mark taken off my account I relented and deleted the review. This should be the end of the story but later my partner started to tell me she has been having weird encounters at House of Dank. So I ask her to describe them and she repeats my experience exactly. No eye contact, no help in the show room, and was checked out by a manager. Since then we have both stopped giving them our money and have been very happy costumers of GreenPharm.
