The guys that work here are super nice and very helpful. I can pick up smokes anywhere but I come here for the outstanding customer service. Thanks guys!

Needed a pipe for a trip which was compact and battery powered. A clerk asked to help me within seconds of me walking in. I told him exactly what needed and let him guide me to a choice better than I would made without his help. Customer service is not a lost art and I am very happy with my purchase and how I was helped. Two thumbs 👍 👍 up!

I have been shopping at the HOP Hillsboro location for almost 10 years. I am a disabled Veteran and I have a very hard time walking, so the drive up window is very convenient for me. They always have the best prices and the most extensive inventory of any smoke shop I’ve ever seen. As far as customer service goes, everyone is very nice and extremely knowledgeable of the products they carry. Tyler helped me last night and I have to say how friendly he was. I think it goes a long way in business to develop a relationship with your customers and Tyler is one of the reasons I’ll continue doing business with the Hillsboro location!

Such a joke of a place, I called and asked them when they would be closing they said midnight, I told them my GPS says 11:59 is when I'll get there, the guy on the phone was not friendly or personable whatsoever, told me they close at 12 no matter what, I hauled there and made it at 11:58, with the doors still open, I made it inside and they tell me, "nope, sorry, just closed the till down." I'm like, dude I just called and I got here with a minute to spare can't I give you cash for 1 item and I'll even give you extra for the trouble and they wouldn't do it. Forget this place and those anti customer types of behavior, never again. There are some truly really savage shops around here that are customer friendly
