My review is based off a couple of employees that have negative attitudes, poor customer service, constantly complain about their job and talk bad about other employees behind their backs, it makes for a very unpleasant shopping experience and is unprofessional to complain about your job and other employees to customers. If you hate your job and other employees, then quit! There are people out there that need a job and would be happy to take your position. Grow up and act professional! Other than that, they have a great selection of products and prices are fair. I will continue to be a loyal customer. Bree is always professional and accommodating.

I have been going to house of pipes for several years now and am very impressed with the competitive pricing and the staff. More specifically Bree has been excellent with her customer service and answering any and all of my questions.

The shop is clean and employees are knowledgeable, but it's very drama filled. I went in to get some pods and the 2 employees there (Sam and Annika) started talking about another manager. They were saying very cruel things and accusing her of horrible stuff. I know Bree, the manager they were talking about, and she absolutely didn't do any of the awful things they were accusing her of. This is very poor customer service and makes me not want to return because that location is now full of drama, which customers should not have to deal with.
