Always a great experiencehere at House of Vapes. They always stay open alll the way until 10pm. Amber really knows her stuff when it comes to flavors, pods, and coils/batteries. I refuse to go back to that other vape store where "Vincent" is either sleeping or double charging My credit card. Plus, the points system makes it seem like I get a free juice at least once a month. Customer 4 life 😉

I can't believe I've never been here before. More like a vape lounge, he patiently waited while I looked at a million vapes to replace my only a month old broken one. As picky as I am he didn't push me in any direction. He answered any question. And the place is huge! Large selection of everything 😍

I am kinda ticked off. You guys close at 8pm. I drove 20 minutes to get here with 4 minutes to spare. And as I pulled up the blonde skinny girl walked out with another woman and she hurried to turn the light off and basically gave an oh well attitude. That's not cool. I make sure I check hours before ever driving anywhere. Like if I got here at 8 I'd be like my fault but clearly they started shutting down 15 to 20 minutes before 8pm. I worked retail management for several years... you don't just turn the lights off and walk out. You have to count the drawers- process the credit card receipts- shut down the computer system- straighten up. This was just really nasty on their end/your end. As someone who has came there several times and even gotten bad OPENED EJUICE from you all and decided not even to complain about it or try to start an issue over it when I realized it and that's happened on multiple occasions. Once I even got an juice that was OPENED and tasted like chemicals and was made 2 years ago. That's still sitting on my shelf! This just really ticked me off for the last time of getting screwed by you guys.

Best vape shop in the Rosedale/ Perry Hall area. I've been going to HOV for about 2 years now for all my vape devices, juices and pod/coils. I can proudly say I am a loyal customer who has been taken care of and treated well since day.1 of me walking through their doors. I highly recommend House of Vapes!

Love it.This is My favorite place and the only place that I go to get my vaping products. They have a lot of choices and are pretty fair priced.
