Ive been a resident of Simpsonville and have used Howard's for 30+ years but my relationship with them is not what it used to be, On my last few visits I didn't get the hometown, friendly feeling or treatment I used to. I was also charged twice the amount of money for half the medication there then if I would have went to Publix. Won't be returning.

What a wonderful pharmacy and great pea people at Howard’s Pharmacy. Cause it is such a wonderful experience. Going to the neighborhood pharmacy Ange getting true personalized service. There are not many family run small stores like this and we should do everything we can to keep them open and thriving. Howards Pharmacy puts in the work and is very accommodating not to mention reliable, personable and treat you like family.

I started shopping Howard's in Sville in March 2020. CVS wasn't playing nice with my cash pay plan. Scott and Deb have been great to us. He was even able to provide a lower cost for a med for my children's. All I need to do is text him or Deb and say "I am on my way" and my script is ready. The team in there knew me within 3 months. If I forget to call in, they can still have my script ready in 3 minutes. Always smiling. The Interior reminds me of my grandads pharmacy from 40+ years ago. Great place, great service.
