This is an amazing store! Mrs. Hsu and her staff are so kind and knowledgeable. I trust that when I go in the store to ask a question, I am going to get an honest and thought out answer to my question. They're not just trying to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need and most of the time they will give you a sample to try before you buy. It is amazing how they can speak to you for 5 minutes and not only help you with what you're looking for, but also give you advice about something else that even you didn't think about trying to remedy. Thank you HSU & Co. for helping me with my essential oils joirney and for always thinking about how you can help everyone that walks into your store.

I’ve been shopping here for over 10 years. The staff is very helpful and Pleasant to talk to. They are very knowledgeable of their products. They have a large varieties of products and brand. I’ve told so many people about this store.

Staff can be helpful. They have abundant tea selection, abundant coconut oil, abundant essential oils. Good prices on xylitol. Once they told me they don't have beet kvass, then they told me they can order it. The Gut Shot kvass has ginger and cabbage flavors, and it costs less than the kvass at two other places I've found in Columbus. I'm a regular here, for sure.
